Radleys was launched in 1966, manufacturing glassware for the science and research industry. They have since branched out into specialised laboratory tools for chemists that facilitate safer, cleaner, greener and more productive research.

The challenge

Radleys existing online presence consisted of multiple websites that were hard to search and navigate, making the experience for users extremely confusing and at times frustrating. The website needed to lead the brand forward and position Radleys as an innovative and international organisation.

    In addition to improving Radleys online presence, the new website needed to work hard as an innovative sales tool, increasing warm leads and ultimately revenue.

  • Approach

    Using our 5D Stage-Gate™ process we have delivered an audience focussed solution that reflects the company’s values. The design is clean and contemporary, combining the brand colours with complimentary whites and greys. The products are presented in a clear and concise manner, allowing users to flick through the key features, benefits and technical specification of each item.

    The website is powered by a Sitefinity Content Management System, which includes the Sitefinity Ecommerce module to present their online catalogue. The site is fully integrated with Radleys’ CRM database (ACT) and passes enquiries directly into their database, providing a seamless solution for lead management.

    As well as building an attractive website that helped to simplify the sales process and increase leads, we also ran an online sale of demo equipment that was a big success.
