Fenn Wright sought to differentiate themselves from their competition by communicating a dynamic and forward thinking organisation, not the small, dated and parochial image that is often associated with Estate Agents and Property Consultants.
The core objectives for the new website were not only to showcase the refreshed brand, but also to present their service offerings in a more coherent and user friendly manner. As a multi-disciplinary property consultancy it’s easy for messages to get lost, so it was vital that the site present the depth and breadth of Fenn Wright’s experience and capabilities, whilst taking every opportunity to cross sell services.
We have created a website that is dynamic, professional and consistent. The design is clean, fresh and contemporary, but more importantly it is really easy-to-use and presents the extent of Fenn Wright’s offering in a simple and engaging manner.
The drop down navigation and signposting quickly guides users to the information they’re looking for and clear calls to action drive enquiries online, by phone and in branch. A handy data capture form also collects warm leads by offering early bird alerts for properties that have not yet been posted to Rightmove.
The website fully integrates with Fenn Wright’s property management tools for both sales and lettings, as well as an alternative system for commercial properties and to create a bespoke online solution for development properties. As information is updated on each of these systems it is drawn directly into the new website.
We also delivered a complimentary mobile website with the primary focus on property search and key calls to action.
