We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Web Designer to lead the creation of exceptional user experiences, drive creative excellence, and help shape our next generation of websites and digital products. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of digital best practices, and a proven ability to guide both clients and teams with confidence.
This is a hybrid role with three days in our Shoreditch office, two days from home alongside occasional client visits.
Your impact
- Take ownership of the design process from concept through to execution, delivering user-centric, conversion-led websites and digital journeys.
- Lead the design of complex, large-scale web projects, ensuring every solution aligns with brand, audience, and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with our strategists, developers, and creatives to design scalable, accessible WordPress websites using our modular design system.
- Present work with clarity and conviction to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating the rationale behind every design decision.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of our design standards, systems, and processes.
What you bring to the team
- Extensive experience in a senior design role, with a portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking and design excellence across a range of web projects.
- Mastery of Figma, with a deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and design-to-dev handoff workflows.
- A sharp eye for detail and a strong grasp of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Confidence in client-facing scenarios whether presenting ideas or leading design discussions.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to both inspire and be inspired by peers across disciplines.
- Commitment to working from our Shoreditch studio three days a week.
