Paid media sits at heart of the performance marketing team and serves as the focus for many of our client’s business goals. We believe that with the right information and expertise, anything is possible.
We are recruiting an experienced and motivated designer to work on the assets required for our clients’ digital marketing campaigns, including display, and paid social advertising creatives, landing pages, and in some cases email templates and other assets.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our trendy Shoreditch office alongside occasional client visits.
About you!
- Passion. You’ll be passionate about design and marketing
- Process. You’ll need to be able to show us your process from start to delivery.
- Design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and anything design related and familiarity with design systems
- Journey. Understand the importance of a user’s journey across a business lifecycle.
- Accessibility. A thorough understanding of accessibility across the web.
- Engagement. Experienced in creating low and high-fidelity interactive prototypes
- Motion. Have exposure to After Effects and Premiere Pro in creating animated content and videos
- Standards. Familiar with Paid Media Ad specifications, HTML 5, HTML, CSS and web standards
Your role in the team
- Creating inspiring, strategic, and innovative campaign assets that attract attention, enhances user engagement and drive conversions.
- Working with the Paid Media team to review and analyse end-to-end consumer journeys and deliver ideation sessions to inspire and develop creative direction.
- Design of digital advertising creatives primarily to be used across paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok etc), display (Google Display Network and Programmatic), and other digital channels (including Spotify and YouTube for example)
- Design of landing pages and landing page variants for CRO and A/B testing campaigns.
- Additional digital asset design as required, for example email templates.
- Leading design projects involving a full creative process and bespoke asset deliverables.
- Developing a templated approach to delivering high-performing assets quickly, where the focus of our work is on media buying and campaign management.
- Evangelising the value of creative and its potential to transform experience, engagement and results to clients and colleagues.
- Working with colleagues on the Itineris creative team to ensure the highest standards of process, delivery and communication/collaboration are maintained.
Role requirements
The successful applicant will have a passion for design’s ability to achieve breakthrough digital campaign performance. When talking through your portfolio of relevant work, you will naturally focus on the performance gains achieved by your designs and “aha moments” either in your own development, or in the minds of clients that you have helped to realise the power of creativity to deliver breakout results.
You will have experience designing for ambitious and demanding clients, and relish the accountability that comes with setting and achieving clear performance objectives for your creative work. This experience will include sketching concepts, developing wireframes that adhere to best practice from a performance POV, and briefing technical resources ranging from HTML cut-up agencies to animators. As such you will need a solid understanding of modern digital design technology/processes and have used a range of design tools including Figma and Adobe platforms.

- Experience working on multiple client accounts concurrently in a fast-moving agency environment.
- Confidence in running ideation sessions, presenting creative work and evangelising the power of design to our internal teams and your clients.
- Knowledge of fundamental digital design principles (conversion theory, user experience, HTML/CSS etc).
- Understanding of marketing principles and end-to-end customer journeys.
- Organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interest in modern technologies and the digital industry.
