New Regional Language Network website By itineris
Regional Language Network (RLN) East is a joint initiative between UK Trade & Investment; CILT, the National Centre for Languages, and the East of England Development Agency that aims to promote the value of communicating with customers and contacts overseas in their first language to improve business competitiveness.

RLN wanted an engaging  website that would demonstrate the importance of effective international communications, showcase examples of existing good practice and success within companies and allow companies to see quickly and easily how their business could be improved through working with RLN.

Itineris quickly delivered an easy-to-use solution which met all of RLN's requirements. A unique feature of the website was the development of a 'Roadmap', an interactive tool (also available on CD) that quickly provides practical steps to overcome language and culture issues and signposts further support and guidance.

As the Head of Digital Marketing, Matt is responsible for creating the sales and marketing strategy for Itineris.
