itineris helped Greater China event move forward

The Great China Roadshow was an event organised jointly by UK Trade & Investment, China-Britain Business Council (CBBC) and East of England International in Cambridge on 22nd February. More than 105 companies registered to attend the event which has been hailed as a complete success.

A marketing campaign was required to attract the target numbers for the event. itineris considered suitable options with the budget available and decided to create a campaign using only digital media.  A series of compelling personalised emails were sent to the target audience driving traffic to specially created web pages using itineris' i.meet; technology which provided more information, allowed people to choose workshops and managed the booking process.  Event organisers were able to see in real-time the volume of bookings and raise invoices accordingly.

itineris also created a personalised wire bound 'Greater China Roadshow Workbook' that was given to all attendees which included details and background information on the speakers, a personal programme for the day, and space to take notes after each workshop.

Chris Cotton, Manager, CBBC East of England said:

The China-Britain Business Council worked closely with UK Trade & Investment on the organisation of the recent Greater China Roadshow in Cambridge. We were impressed at the speed, efficiency and responsiveness with which itineris addressed any issues relating to the pre-event marketing and booking administration for the event. The itineris team did an excellent job and we look forward to having the opportunity to work with them again in the future.

As the Head of Digital Marketing, Matt is responsible for creating the sales and marketing strategy for Itineris.
