Revitalised website for Steps
We're thrilled with the fresh new look, sleekness and energy that the new design of the website has captured. The working process with itineris has been fun and engaging throughout. What we've created together is a fantastic, long-lasting resource for Steps that will raise our profile and help differentiate us from our competitors.

Brief
Steps is a world leader in drama-based training with established teams in locations across the globe. The organisation works for a range of clients including Vodafone, the V&A Museum, Pfizer and the Co-operative Group.
The organisation was seeking a new website that would present them as a premium award-winning online brand, operating in a global capacity. The new website needed to reflect the established brand values of Steps and attract its target audiences of learning & development professionals, HR managers, directors and head of sales, whilst conveying distinct messages to each demographic.
There was also a requirement to migrate all of the original content from the existing site, create an easy and intuitive site for the marketing team to use and update and also provide a multi-language offering to capitalise on the global reach of the company.
Fulfilment
itineris created a new website for Steps that enhanced its presence as a global player in the drama-based training sphere and attracted the company's target audiences. itineris ensured the website was built on intelligent site architecture, to order the content in an easy-to-digest way for each target audience. The site also included multi-language pages in German, French and Italian and also incorporated specific pages for the firm's Indian, American, European and UK markets.
An intuitive Content Management System (CMS) was implemented as a comprehensive marketing tool to allow the Steps marketing team to make updates easily using itineris' own i.content CMS.
As part of the CMS, itineris implemented a revision control function, an image manager and drag and drop editing system. The CMS also included a series of modules from its module menu including a search facility, FAQs, a banner management module for the home page, case studies, news, document manager (articles), video, Google Map and a blog module.
Results
The site has been well received, with positive feedback from clients, partners and prospects. Steps also received a new client enquiry within the first four days of site launch. The site has leapt up the rankings in Google, from 18th to 1st place, and the company has seen a significant increase in visitor traffic.
