Brief
Nicoll Curtin is a specialist IT recruitment consultancy working with high profile multinational clients in the banking, finance, commercial and public sectors.
The company was seeking a complete redesign of its corporate website to provide a stronger business profile in the market. The website needed to present Nicoll Curtin as a trusted and professional firm in order to attract high-calibre candidates as well as global clients.
The site was a major part of Nicoll Curtin's expansion plans throughout the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific and needed to coincide with the launch of the firm's Singapore office.
In addition to the redesign, Nicoll Curtin was also looking for a solution to enable candidates to apply for jobs or register their CV online, minimising back office support at the early stages of application.
The website needed to be built on a powerful and easy-to-use content management system (CMS) allowing the marketing team to manage its own content.
Itineris' strategy was to:
- Create a new corporate brand that would attract high calibre candidates and clients on a global scale
- Implement its award-winning CMS system with a suite of interchangeable modules to allow for easy updates and regular refreshed content
- Create an intuitive site architecture to ensure all Nicoll Curtin's audiences could easily access tailored information in a logical manner
Fulfilment
itineris created a new online brand for Nicoll Curtin that was received extremely positively by clients and the wider industry. The brand was rolled out into Nicoll Curtin's offline marketing collateral, which instilled a professional look and feel and helped the company's consultants build trust.
The website included a J-query promo area on the home page to highlight key developments, a job search module that enabled candidates to search vacancies by keyword, role, type of contract and location, a testimonials module to scatter case studies and quotes throughout the site building trust, a news archive and a media centre to hold images and press releases about the company.
Traffic grew by more than 100% just three months after the site went live; July 2011's website visitors were 194% above that of the previous year.
Soon after going live Nicoll Curtin also won a new client and made three placements as a direct result of the new website. Their consultants' state they have seen a noticeable improvement in quality from candidates and CVs they are receiving from the site.
