Brief
To design a website to promote the unique corporate hospitality facilities of the Ipswich Town Football Club and ultimately increase booking numbers.
Fulfilment
A clear emphasis was put on the location aspect of the hospitality facilities offered by Ipswich Town FC - unique views of the award winning pitch - the USP for this venue. This focus was achieved by using high-quality photographs of each of the rooms available for hire, coupled with a 360-degree room view to enable prospective customers to get an accurate overview of the facilities offered by each room.
Design content included a booking tool - "room selector" - which clearly and easily enabled the site user to input their individual requirements and see which rooms would be best suited to their requirements. A pricing table can then be viewed to allow the customer to get clear information prior to their booking.
Menus can be updated by our client using the i.content software, which the site was built on, ensuring seasonal changes can be communicated to prospective customers keeping the site content relevant at all times.
The site also promotes additional facilities offered by the club such as tours and business networking ensuring it works as a marketing tool for all aspects of Ipswich Town Football Club.
Using the power of little green plane, our email marketing product, Ipswich Town is able to continually communicate with its audience, therefore driving further traffic to the website. Each email campaign is easily tracked and the effectiveness of the campaign reported.
