Action Sustainability

It looks great. Many thanks to the team for all their hard work

Shaun McCarthy, Director, Action Sustainability

Brief

To create a new website to act as the primary source of advice and guidance to Government policy makers on sustainable supply chain solutions.

Fulfilment

Fundamental to the success of the project was to take time to understand the variety of the visitors that are likely to be attracted to the site, each wishing to experience different elements from the same website.

The design and navigation was kept clean and intuitive, allowing every user to have easy access to information throughout the entire site.

The new website is built on our easy-to-use Microsoft .Net CMS i.content platform, which allows Action Sustainability to have complete control over their website without the need for any technical knowledge.

The site features a portal for users to self-assess their sustainable procurement practices using the online 'Flexible Framework Tool'.

The website also introduces the Iceberg Group, a subscription service designed to enable organisations to benefit from year-round access to the UK's leading practitioners of sustainable procurement, to a web audience for the first time. Membership of this provides a range of training and consultancy packages for building sustainable procurement.

The website highlights:

  • Secure access portal
  • Case studies module
  • Video management module
  • Document management module
  • Training management module
  • Event management module
  • New module
  • User access control
  • Intranet
  • Interactive polls
  • Partner programs

Using the power of our email marketing product, little green plane, Action Sustainability is able to continually communicate with its audiences through a segmented and targeted campaign, therefore driving further traffic to its website.
