Brief
The brief was to design and build a new corporate website as part of the company's rebranding strategy, which highlights the work of Astbury Marsden and showcases the USPs of the agency compared to other recruitment firms.
Another prerequisite was to clearly capture the varied markets and countries in which Astbury Marsden operates and to incorporate the ability to be able to post job vacancies on multiple sites, controlled from one place.
Fulfilment
When Astbury Marsden approached us, the company was utilising a variety of job boards to advertise its vacancies. However, the team wanted us to find a way of enabling them to advertise their positions on their own website. This facility was achieved by incorporating its recruitment database, Broadbean, into the site. This now allows Astbury Marsden to easily post all vacancies to a number of specified sites in one go, and to handle enquiries from prospective customers.
Brand guidelines were supplied to ensure the overall design and tone of the content complied with the umbrella brand - this was achieved by the use of strong, iconic photography clearly matched to the supporting text and use of the corporate colour palette.
We improved the customer navigation journey of the site to enable customers to find their way through the information and sections contained within the website, thus improving the overall customer experience.
Using the power of little green plane, our email marketing product, Astbury Marsden is able to continually communicate with its audiences, therefore driving further traffic to the website. Each email campaign is easily tracked and the effectiveness of the campaign reported.
