To create an informative website, primarily to be used by the NHS employees
I've been hugely impressed by the professionalism, innovation and the attention to detail shown by the entire team at itineris and have recommended them to colleagues within the NHS and beyond. They are a pleasure to work with.
Vicki Davis, Corporate Communications Manager, NHS East of England
Brief
The brief was to create an informative and accessible website to assist the NHS East of England to engage with its employees and stakeholders. The website needed to act as a vital source of news, views and, most importantly, as a source for learning for the HR and workforce planning community.
The website also needed to be completely updated every three months to reflect the complementary Worklife magazine and needed to provide up-to-date and engaging content in the form of videos, polls, case studies, reports and social bookmarks.
An e-marketing tool was required to provide a mechanism to communicate to the client's audience, driving people to the website and measure the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns, both large and small.
Fulfilment
We created a brand new website that would reflect the NHS Worklife magazine and enhance content through interactivity, audio and video features. Every quarter the content is updated and the design shaken to compliment the printed magazine.
Using our i.content content management system, the staff at NHS East of England have the ability to update and manage their entire website themselves. The site includes streaming video, podcasts, social bookmarks, interactive polls, search, an article finder, news and service to promote events.
The NHS Worklife website helps to reduce the requirement for printed materials, and the use of interactivity on the site opens up Worklife to the NHS' audience.
A creative and eye-catching e-mail template was also created to compliment the exisiting website. Through the power of our email marketing tool little green plane we were able to deliver the Worklife newsletter directly into the inbox of their employees, driving huge amounts of traffic to the site, and tracking the effectiveness of each campaign.
