itineris Managing Director Aleks Szymanski was one of the three speakers at the high profile 'International Trade & the Internet' seminar organised by UK Trade & Investment at St Albans, Hertfordshire on 18 October 2006.

Aimed at businesses from all industry sectors, the event was well attended by companies looking for expert guidance on using the web to market their business overseas.

Aleks gave a presentation about the issues of consistent brand experience, the options for content management across main and local sites and how to use digital communication tools in their international activities.

Other presenters at the event were David Owen, Language and Culture Manager, UK Trade & Investment speaking on web localisation, and Emma Lambert of S A Law giving guidance on legal issues including copyright, confidentiality and trade mark registration.
